I've got the cold and flu. I want to get healed the fastest.
Last saturday I made a trip to London the weather was so cold right now I'm in Greece and is very hot, I want to go to the beach tomorrow but I need to be healed. How?

unfortunately, the common cold is a virus and medication only speeds up the healing process. So the only way is to wait it out. You should take the best fast-acting medicine and hope for the best.

How do you know you have a cold and the flu?
For a cold, use Zicam. Will considerable reduce the severity and length of your cold.
If you have the flu, consult a m.d. There are some meds available, but it may be too late.
Try a health food store for suppliments that will boost your immune system.
And wash your hands and disinfect everything you may have touched to mimimize the chances of infecting everyone around you.

Great question. I have been sick for 8 days now and I have tried everything! Lots of vitamins and fluids, medicine including ZiCam which is supposed to prevent you from getting sick (yeah right) Good luck because this straind of the flu is persistant.

if you have a cold...antihistamines, decongestants etc.
i dont think you would be travelling if you had the flu.
