live.local.com awesome beta version and getting better. birdseyeview lets to zoom is fairly close p.s it's not really live the pix are 3-4 years old

Google then more then maps then type in an address zoom in and you can do the satellite trick...

Or try Topo zone.com or MSN Maps but Google is easier for someonen just starting out...

yes go to Google Earth its really neat you can zoom down on objects from a few hundred feet

There is nothing better than Google Earth. You can set it to route a trip for you and then you can fly its route.
