i've never liked howie, but that's my own opinion. it's worse now that he has to use lines that were written for him
when the show first started, he only remembered less than half of the girl's names. i remember remarking how amusing it was that he always called this one blonde by her name, but two other girls, he always said "in case #.."
after a while of working with people, you eventually begin to remember all of their names

I think they could have shose someone else on the show that isn't afraid of a handshake or could seem a little less strict. and to the person above me, he is a germaphobe
