Boob job surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

Like a male friend of mine has said quote-unquote " I do NOT want to have a girlfriend who has boobs that feel like rocks". If you are getting them for yourself then do it but honestly is it really worth going under the knife?????

No. As long as you are healthy, your body is perfect the way it is. Why would you want to implant something artificial into your body? I know enough women with implants to know that they don't bring confidence or happiness and they ultimately only attract the men you won't want.

Think of all the yoga and clothes you could buy instead. How many vacations you could do; those things will make you feel way better about yourself.

no. it's really expensive, and they don't last forever. eventually you'll probably have to have them removed (10 or 15 years down the road.) also it makes your boobs feel really hard and unnatural, and everyone will be able to tell they're fake.

Wait the main thing is how old are you? If you are 16 and younger I say no. But if you are over than go to doc and see what he says.

Why?
Most males would prefer even a flat girl to one with artificially-enahanced breasts.
