arc YZ=(68/360)*2pir
where 'r' is the radius of the circle

YOZ is a central angle and so is equal indegrees to the arc it subtends. Therefore arc YZ = 68 degrees.

If you are looking for the length of the arc YZ then it is
(68/360)*pi *d where d is the diameter of the circle.
