I have a 5 yr old and a 4 yr old and I believe they saw something not necessarily "ghosts" but spirits (demons). It was about 2 years ago and I was in my bedroom on my computer. My two children started screaming and jumped on my lap and wouldn't get off. My oldest said he saw a scary man laying on my bed with sharp teeth laughing at them. Later my little girl said the same exact thing. When my son said that I ran out of my house and didn't come back until later. I've also heard people say that they have seen people standing in the dark staring at them in my kitchen. Since than I have moved and nothing more.

Yes I believe in Ghosts. Most people won't admit it because of some macho thing or they are afraid no one will believe them. Ghosts exist. They are good ghosts and bad ghosts. Most are restless spirits. I've felt the presents of ghosts. I've seen ghosts when I was younger. It's been about 45 years ago and the details are not real clear. Me and my cousin seen the same thing and he was older than me. No one believed us.
The Bible speakes of ghosts and spirits and demons. What's the Saying? Father, Son and Holy Ghost or Holy Spirit.
The movies blow ghosts all out of proportion. There is documented proof of ghosts and spirits.
I've had a paranormal experience twice. Once when I was 15 and another when I was 21. I have felt the presents of someone or something many times.

Yes to both of your questions.

I have lived with ghosts/spirits most of my life and am currently living with several. One is the ghost of a middle aged man who first lived with me in my house in Northampton, UK. At 2:00am he used to boil the electric tea kettle and rummage around in cupboards. He liked a tidy kitchen though and when it got too messy he would manifest his displeasure. Once a packet of rice which was in a unopened, in a box, on the counter was spilled the entire length of the kitchen floor. Another time all of the lids were taken off anything that had one. When the kitchen was cleaned he went right back to his usual ways. He is protective and playful and a general calming presence.

Each of the young girls in our house has a ghost/spirit that they seem to have called. We are just now discovering the youngest's. So far she wakes the little one up between 3 and 4 in the morning and they have a conversation. When the girls were away the spirit came to visit the adults instead.

I have had some non-positive experiences as well but choose not to speak of them. If in any doubt get a cat. They can see things we can't. If the cat ever gets worried or leaves the room in a hurry (other than to eat, play etc) then it might be time to be a little concerned.

Blessings,
Zimmi

I haven't seen any ghosts, but I know of at least three different types of ghosts.

An orb: These are often seen or photographed near graveyards or very old buildings. Thought to be disembodied souls. Some paranormal investigators claim that digital photography (vs chemical film or polaroid) is better at capturing these. Skeptics say it's just dust on the lens of the camera. The idea of spooky orb lights goes way back in folklore - sometimes called "will-o-the-wisp" and seen in swamps (might be swamp gas).

A spirit: Looks like a person, either in full-color or white/transparent (what we would know as "ghostly"). People see these walking down staircases or going down halls in haunted houses. It's been suggested that these are not disembodied spirits (or, at least, not all of them are) but are psychic impressions left behind after a traumatic event. Which would explain why so many of them are of people who were murdered or who died tragically. These are also the ones that people often say have not "moved on" to heaven or hell because they have unfinished business.

Poltergeist: "Noisy ghost." This is the ghost that you don't see, you hear. It knocks on walls, thumps on floors, rattle windows. Some will move objects in front of you, or throw things off of bookcases, slam doors, etc. You might see that happen, but you won't see the ghost itself. It's been suggested that these are not ghosts at all, but discharges of psychic energy unintentionally caused by someone, usually a teenager, who is very emotional. Which is why they seem to follow families from place to place.

Then there are things like guardian angels and spirit guides, but I don't consider those to be the same as "ghosts."

As for paranormal experiences, you can see my spooky blog.

Yes, I believe in ghost, actually they are spirits that have not found their way, or need help. But I have never seen one.

I remeber one time I was at my mom's house, and her and my dad had just gotten home. Mom and I sat in the kitchen, and my dad went outside (there was noone else home). Mom and I were talking, and all of a sudden we hear the front door open and close and some footsteps (like the boots my dad wears) going towards the restroom. In the living we have a huge mirror, and you can see from there the living room and the hall towards the restroom. We cannot see the restroom nor hall from the kitchen but we could hear exactly where the steps were going and they stopped right infront of the sink in the restroom. Didn't hear anyone walk out, after seconds of not hearing anyone walk anymore or anything, I went into the living room and looked at the mirror and didn't see any light in the restroom hallway, which would normally be turned on if some one went, so I walked towards the hall and turned on the light and checked the restroom, no one was there. After a while my dad comes in from outside through the other door. So it was definetly not my dad, and I didn't see nor hear anyone come out of the hall after they (it) went in.

I would never hear nor see things until I started to go out w/my now husband. It's like paranormal and spirits follow them. I told that to my sister-in-law and her boyfriend and he agreed.

He said he had never heard anything in his life either, until 2 months back. He was working and took a break, he called my sister-in-law, and said that he was talking to her and arguing and all. When he talks to her again, she says, "I haven't talked to you, I wasn't even home", couldn't have been anyone else, cause in the house it's just her mom (doesn't speak English) and her dad and little sister (she is 8).

But alot of wierd things happen to that family.

Sorry if anything is misspelled, the spell checker was not working, taking to long.

Ghost are demons, demons can take any form, I do not think a God, being almighty would, let the dead hang around, even if they had unfinished business to attend to. Demons are fallen angels and have the same power as Angels do. They like to inhabit places were a traumatic event took place. This is called a territorial stronghold. Usually called hauntings. "Stronghold" Greek strong's fortress, or prison-fortified place. 2 Cor 10:3-5. Remember the story of the Gergesene Demoniacs in Matt 8:28-34. (Mark 5:1-20, Luke 8:26-39) If you’re not religious, you may want to read it. This territory had a stronghold of demons over it, not to mention one man (Personal stronghold-possession) who had a legion of demons in him. Mark 5:9. Jesus freed the man, and in so doing freed the territory of its stronghold/haunting. When the demons went into the swine, the demons did not like the swine, so they drown the swine, this also killed the pigs that the Pagan worshippers used to sacrifice to their God's and killed that business off as well. Jesus healed the land and killed the Pagan worshipping (they used the pigs to sacrifice for food for their god’s) business for a time. My point is, demons are Ghosts and dead people are not.

I have seen a ghost. He was standing in my bedroom doorway. He appeared to be looking for something. I told him to leave but he didn't seem to hear me.He was wearing a work uniform and a baseball cap. He stayed in the doorway until I walked toward him and then vanished into the hallway. I'm not sure exactly what I believe ghosts are but I know they exist.

Yes, I was home alone, and I heard a noise in the kitchen. I went in there to check it out and there was nothing, So I went back into the living room and sat down to continue watching my movie. About 10 minutes later, I heard the same sound again, so I waited, then I heard it again. I got up, went into the kitchen and all of the cabinet doors and drawers were open. I kinda freaked out for a minute, then I closed them all and went back into the living room. It never happend again. Crazy, huh?

Yes! Yes! They are trapped souls who have not crossed over after leaving their bodies. I have even photographed some on a digital camera. Be careful dabbling with them without the wisdom for you need to do to protect yourself from bad ones. Mostly, however they were just people like you and me. They can be successfully exercised-but some have unfinished business to do first.
