Are you talking about wehre to get the machines to do all that in Taiwan? Try Guan Hua Shang Chang. It's this area wehre all the electronics are sold. I don't remember what street it is on but it is very famous. Get into a taxi and he will take you there. Walk around and ask. Most stores sales people speak some English and they will help you get some good and cheap stuff. I bought a lap top and several hard wares from there with no problems. Good luck.

Wish you luck. Quang Hwa is the place to go for electronics and computers (around Pade and Sung Chiang roads) but don't really hold out much hope. Taiwan is selling the newest stuff and anything with a VHS in it is obsolete. You could try going to a small indoor mall on Chung Shan Rd. between Minchuan E. and Minsheng E. roads. That area is called Little Philippines and you might find it there. Make sure if you go there, to make it on Sunday, because all the workers go to St. Christopher's church there - otherwise you'll find the place almost empty. Oh and they all speak English.
