I Like The Spelling Of It This Way: "Carmello"
Me And My Boyfriend Are Using That As Our First Son's Middle Name When We Have One.

I like Carmello. Makes me think of Carmello Anthony the basketball player!

i don't really like it. I do however like the following:
Cameron (sort of like Carmello)
Danny
Odie
Cody
Patrick (sounds dorky, but I know 2 really cute guys named Patrick, and everyone I know adores the name)
James
Kyle
Ryan
Brian
Mitchell
I love all of those names, but if your stuck on Carmello, then don't pick a name until you see the baby. Sometimes, you cannot chose a name without looking at the face.
Who knows? maybe your little boy looks like the perfect Carmello.

Carmello is better than Karmello, but I'm afraid it makes me think of the candy bar. :o(
Kids might tease him about that. Just a thought.

Well....I think its cute but it IS the name of a candy bar.....I would rethink it. Do you really want little Carmello to be teased by people saying they want to eat him? How about Camello or Cameron? Whatever you like go for though!
