No, not together without a plugin. Im not sure if a plugin for that exists.

On my computer, at least, you'd go to Control Panel, Regional and Language Options, Customize button, Time tab. Then you'd put HHmm up there next to where it says "h:mm:ss tt", so it says "HHmm h:mm:ss tt" or some such instead.

Alfaclock (http://www.alfasoftweb.com/alfaclock/) might allow you to do this, but I'm not sure.

I really like Steven F's trick, though.
