You can not siphon gas out of a modern tank without removing it from the vehicle. There is an anti-siphon valve in the filler neck. There is a simple way to evacuate the fuel without removing the tank though.
Disconnect the fuel line at the fuel filter input side. Stick that end in an approved fuel catch can. Turn the ignition key to the on position (not all the way to start). This will send power to the fuel pump and the fuel will start flowing.
Of course, it is best to do this with the vehicle off the ground so you have room to work if the filter is on the frame.

the real way would be to remove the tank and drain it. You can allways siphon it out yourself by applying fluid dynamics. Grap a gardenhose, stick it in the gas tank, suck in the gas through the hose like straw until the gas gets right up to your mouth, and aim the hose down like into a bucket. Fluid-dynamically, the gas should flow by itself out the hose into a bucket. You can't really avoid getting gas in your mouth though so be prepared for that

You really will have to siphon the gas out. They sell cheap siphons at local auto parts stores. Do be careful when doing this though.

I dont know about a web sight but....
Using a floor jack, put it under the tank... unbolt and disconnect everything. slowly, while keeping ballance drop the tank. drain it out.
I hope your not gonna do this just because you want the gas... It's not worth it!
