My mom and dad told me when i was either 5 or 6 .
i know people that are almost 20 and still believe in santa though . LoL

One year I was a nosey little brat and went into my mom's closet and found my presents. They said from Santa but it wasnt Christmas yet so I didnt know how Santa got them there when he should have been at his workshop slave-driving the elves so they would finish the rest of my list. That same day my mom had to write a note to school for some reason or another. When I read it I realized that Mom and Santa had the same dog-on hand writing...then I noticed that Dad and Santa did too! I had to be around 9 at the time. Funny, I STILL get gifts from Santa 18 years later...

I found out in 5th or 4th grade by finding 10 clues why he isn't. These were proven facts. One as such that I found the gift for my 20 yr old brother at the time tagged from santa and addressed to him. I told my mom and she kept denying it. But she soon admitted that I already knew. But the CNN Santa Spy Channels made a debate in my head. But when I spoke to my aunts about how they put their presents there afta a party, they told me how and I proved it to my mom! :-P I got her!!!!

I had heard the "rumor" around school and was old enough to realize that it was impossible to fly around the world in one night- even if they were magical reindeer. I asked my mom straight out, "Is there really a santa clause?" like i had done many times before- this time i was shocked, she told me the truth that i had known for so long- then i questioned the easter bunny and tooth fairy- all lies..
Then of course.. i went home and told my twin brother the good news....

I was like 7 or 8 years old and my sister asked Santa for a white parakeet, and I was downstairs playing and for some reason I decided to go into the closet and there was a white parakeet in a cage. I asked my mom about it and she admitted it, but I kept it secret from my sisters.

what do u mean he is real!!!!!..........my 2nd grade teacher told all the class i didnt believe him! then i caught my mom putting all my teeth away and she told me the tooth fairy wanted her to have them, i found the easter bunnies presents but for some reason in the morning when i woke up there was more :S and then i heard my mom talking about the presents santa brought me to a friend and how i was pissed off at santa :P .....................i still believe my mom just screwed up my relationship with santa:P

I found out when I was like 5 because my mom was putting the Christmas present under the Christmas tree and she thought I was sleep because it was like 2:00 "O" clock in the morning and she was putting the presents under the Christmas tree and I was walking down the stairs cause I got thirsty and she was by the chimney and she was wearing her white and red robe and I seen her and I was like SANTA!!!! SANTA!!!!...and she turned around and come to find out...she was Santa...My cousin found out when he was 4 because he was going to the mall to see Santa and he was really skinny and he said Santa why are you so skinny? and he ain't answer...then he pulled off his beard and said YOUR NOT SANTA!!!....YOUR NOT SANTA!!!.....SECURITY!!!....and ever since then he never believed in Santa again...My Otha sister found out when she was 4 because she seen her mom putting the toys away in the closet and seen my dad wrapping them up so thats how we all found out that Santa was not real..

It was when I was 9 and I heard a loud noise in the living room, I ran in there thinking it was Santa and instead it was my Dad, he was sitting up a new bike for me and it fell over....I then knew that Santa was not real.

"Santa" used to visit Grandma's house every year, where me and all my cousins were visiting on Christmas Eve. It was the highlight of my Christmas. When I was 7 I noticed that "Santa's" ring was the exact one my Uncle Karl wore, right down to the gold "K" on the front. It made me really sad, but I kept my mouth shut so as not to spoil it, but my mom confirmed my suspicions later when I confronted her.

I was about 10 years old, and I left a paper out for santa to autograph, and my mom tried to hide it by writing with her other hand! ah well, Im 30 and I believe there is a santa whether anyone says it or not :) hehe
