It will depend on your computer.

When your computer first turns on or starts up after reboot, way before Windows loads, most computers have a simple screen with details about the CPU, etc. and a message saying something like "Press F1 for SETUP" or "Press ESC for BIOS options". Whichever key it says, press it quick. You'll be taken into the BIOS menu for your computer... which will vary somewhat depending on your computer, but should make sense to use.

Not all computers give you a message like that on startup, though... in which case you'll need to either read your computer's manual, or try and figure out what kind of BIOS it has so you know what key(s) to press on startup.
