I will tell you that California women are very Open minded, intelligent, Prosperous, "Full of Life!!" And very Friendly women!!! So, I'd say of all of the different types of women here in the States, California Women are thee Friendliest, Funnest, and Caring as well as very Kind & Lady like.. It all just depends on where you meet them, and how their raised-up.. But a "Good-Majority" of Most Californian women, are alot like myself, I know this because I was born & raised there!! Basically rule out the western world.
I'd put a blacklist on English women (eeewww) and American women (*gag*).
I'd say English women are worse than American women, but there are some who beg to differ based on American women being 10% fatter, but I still think the UK's welfare state creates more skankness. (Actually this would be an interesting question to pose).

Well, my boyfriend's English and he likes me (Australian). But he says a real Englishman likes anyone with big boobs. That gives you a lot to choose from.
