Just click on a black spot on the tool bar and it should show what you have and don't have on the tool bar. There, you can select what you want and what you don't want.

Did you just upgrade to IE7? If so try this Menu Bar Tweak.

Go to Internet option> advanced> reset .
it will reset the Internet explorer to the default

you have to go to my documents and delete the file to your recycling bin
