I have been feeling rare or strange sinse yesterday morning. I don't know why, but I feel like when I was little (about 8 years old); and I'm 21 now. What I mean by that is that I feel like I can't do nothing on my own, and like I want to run to my mom so that she can make me feel better.I started class today again in college, and I wasn't able to concentrate at all, I was just daydreaming most of the time. I don't know what's going on with me, or how to make myself feel better. Plus I feel like today is not my day because I had some small issues in school, which made everything worst.

Sweetie you are looking for a reason to 'cop out' because being a child was more fun for you. A lot of people go through similar feelings that manifest themselves in a different way, like some will do drugs or any number of things to detract from the feeling of being on their own and having the world get HUGE all of the sudden. It's scary...but guess what? the world will soon get smaller and smaller and a lot less scary. The information highway has really decreased the size of the planet as well as more and more people are here.
Don't be afraid...the world growls but it doesn't always bite!
You're gonna be just fine, study and do your best, that's all the world can ask for right?

Two Options:

Option 1: Change your thinking & switch to positive attitude. Nature will take care of itself. It's either you do this or nothing will work, no pill nothing, as research has shown that medicine is 10% responsible and 90% is soley dependant on your attitude.

Option 2: Go see a doctor who will give you a prescription that will make you feel "better". Then go buy the prescribed medication that will make you feel "better".

Feeling this way can be related to diet or medication. Think about things you've eaten or something you,ve been taking recently.
Aspirin taken for a long period of time can cause it.
My guess is diet, drinks (sodas), sugar, salt. Eat high protien foods and vegetables.

You sound like you are home sick. A little visit with mother should do the trick, maybe do something together like go shopping and eat lunch. This has distracted you from your everyday activity and little things that wouldn't normally bug are bugging the heck out of you, right? Just go see mama.

Could just be a lot of stress. It is human nature to reach out to others when we feel a loss of control. I would suggest finding a quiet place and just thinking for a time. nobody can tell you what is wrong for you, you have the power and resources to discover what is the matter, I am sure.

maybe today is not ur day, and tomorrow will get beter
i think we all have unusual and inexplainable phases that go away

Anxiety can cause you to feel not yourself, act strangely, etc. Talk to someone about what is going on.

If you school offers counseling, go talk with someone, or a best friend, or someone you can talk to. It always helps me just to talk something out.
