Boots,checks disk,opens sign in page,mouse arrow refuses to move,keyboard 3 LEDs flashing constantly. All connections ok.Tried 3 mouses,and 2 key boards. All respond the same.Keyboards and mouses work fine on other computer.????

Your Mouse and keyboard drivers are not identified on the system during bootup. Check Bios settings.

Borrow a set of key/mouse, if you already have PS/2 style round cable set, borrow a USB set, or vice versa. It is motherboard issue.

Probably motherboard. Possibly the OS. Try booting off a bootable CD or and see what happens.

Sounds like you could have a motherboard issue.
