My breasts greatly decreased in size when I went on a diet and started working out. If you are at a weight you are happy with, I would just do the working out part.. it will get rid of overall body fat which includes the fat in your boobs. Try a cardio workout such as running, cycling, or I am using a pilates cardio video that I really like.

Can I just say that there are an awful lot of jerky men answering this question with "clever" advice, who need to get a life! This woman is asking a legitimate question, and didn't ask for nor does she need your comments. Go find something else to amuse yourselves with!
To answer your question, I agree with the advice from others to watch your diet and exercise. If there's excess fat anywhere, that will go, but it may also cause your breasts to become saggy. Otherwise, try a minimizer bra or an underwire if you feel you aren't getting enough support from the ones you're currently wearing. It doesn't sound like your breasts are so heavy they're causing you shoulder or neck pain, but if so, ask a doctor. Breast reduction surgery probably won't be covered by insurance unless it's truly medically necessary. Good luck to you.

how old are you? and are you on the pill and there's a whole bunch of reasons why you're breasts are bigger than you'd like and ways to reduce - if you don't do it surgically. I was on the pill and was an entire cup size bigger. if you work out more that will only firm them and lift them (a good thing) but the muscle behind it what that will work on not the breast tissue itself. you should eat healthy no matter what - junk should be a 'treat' ... you'll feel a lot better too!

The easiest way to reduce size is excersize. Since you are so small, you may just want to work on your pec muscles (ie. bench pressing). This will change some of the breast fat into muscle and even make them perkier! However, if you work your chest too much, it'll turn into mostly muscle and they won't be very feminine so keep a balance.

Try out the exercises like shoulder press with weights and bench press, it will help to tone up your breast size. Diet will help to loose the over all weight. Take plenty of fruits and vegetables and avoid fried foods, sweets, and refined products

Y? But if your convinced, losing weight overall will reduce your breast size as well. And then there is always the dreaded (by men, anyway!) breast reduction surgery.

I honestly do not know why women would even think of reducing breast size but you can have a plastic surgeon reduce them.

If ur wide or short with fat i suggest u work out, there a chance u might loose some of that breast fat! plastic surgery!~
