About the only place I have ever seen it is in crystal form in the Kosher foods section of a market. It is called sour salt. You can usually just substitute lemon juice.

You can find it in a grocery store in the section that has products for canning. It is used to keep foods, like apples, from browning. It is quite inexpensive.
