Ok, so I got this job as a dispatcher. I love the job itself, the pay is actually very decent and I like the majority of the people. Lately I've been coming home very stressed because of the other dispatchers I work with. They don't do their job (creating more for me) and they sit there and whine about it. I mean it has gotten to the point where I wanna quit. They are driving me crazy. I have tried to ignore them but it hasn't been working. Other than my co-workers this job is awesome. Should I quit my job over them?

My advice is to start with scheduling a time to calmly and in a non-accusational manner, speak with your supervisor. His-her time is important and you need to have your thoughts together. No one likes a tattle-tale or whiner. Say how some co-workers behavior and attitude is affecting the office's productivity and becoming quiet stressful for you personally. You should refer as to how this affects the company and it's professional appearance before your own needs. If there are other workers who are feeling the way you do as well, you need to not name names but communicate that it's affecting others as well. Be ambiguous but not so non-specific that nothing gets remedied.
After communicating, depending on response or hopefully overall office environment change, you can go on happily at your current job. If conditions worsen or if you don't care to how your candor is received by your supervisor, take this as a warning sign this place of employment may not be for you.

It's said that most people don't quit their job, they quit their boss.

I'd take the issue up with the supervisor. But yes, I have left jobs over similar situations, only after attempting to get it corrected.

Talk to your supervisor privately about the matter.
