I've found the best method is to practice by clamping your right hand down to your body or wrapping a cloth or rope around it so you can only use your left.

Then just practice dribbling and shooting with only your left hand as an option. Practice moves with just your left, lay ups, and one handed shots that are in your range

I learned how to dribble and shoot with my left hand... and i am right handed! All you do is do the same thing as the right only switch hands. I practiced 2 hours a day for 1 week and now i am a pro at both hands! just keep practicing!

I once went to a basketball camp and the whole day we had to use our off hand.

That means playing (cept for shooting), when you walk around, dribble lefty, and even when you eat - use the left. Get accustomed to using the left hand in everything you do and it will become second nature.

I would get dribbing glasses (they make it so you can't look down at the ball) Dribbling like anything else takes practice. Asking for help from other teamates is also a good idea.

Good Luck ;)
