hey guys! I thought i'd see what you think about this...For more than a year i have been self-conscious about my weight, and i have once gone to extreme by almost ending by life, when i was at rock bottom, but that was over a year now and i'm not half that bad now, seriously! I eat healthily and i am very aware of fat content in food, especially hydrogenated fat. I eat alot of salads and keep away from pasta, potatoes and bread. I can't say i miss them, really! I am very aware of any fat on my body and hate when i don't look slim, so i take extra care at what i eat and how much and exercise more... Also, i am just back from holiday and my brother and i were talking and i said to him my weight and he was saying i shouldn't get much lighter, seriously as well...is this normal "looking after yourself"behaviour or do you think i have something to worry about?? I am just under 8 and a half stone and 5" 4. I am also happier when i am a good weight. Have you ever felt like this?

Don't worry it is perfectly normal to want to look after yourself and it's a good thing too! You're weight seems fine to me, but it doesnt really matter, the most important thing is that you are happy!

Sounds as if you have not taken up residency on anorexia avenue then you are only a few steps from it. You are too light and need the extra weight. How old are you? Some fat in your diet will not hurt you. Neither will some digestible carbohydrates.
Skinny, dead-looking skeleton girls are gross to look at and the pre-dead smell that most have is very unpleasant.

I also struggle with my wieght but if you start to get too thin like the celebrities now a days then i would say get some help. If you think that you are beatiful at the wieght you are now go ahead i'm all for it but don't over do it.

Yes you should go see a doctor. One for a check-up, and one to make sure you don't have an eating disorder.
