new years friend puked in my car?

cleaned by the smell is still there how do I get rid of the smell with out having to use air freshener every 5 minutes

Bummer Lovely! My utmost sympathy to you! Have your friend pay for a good detail job, if they refuse kick the daylights out of 'em!

If you have fabric seats it's probably in the padding. Taking them out, stripping the upholstery and washing everything is about the only way. The best way to do it would be to have your friend do the job at the end of a cattle prod.
