Those switches are usually only two wires and it doesn't matter which way you hook them up. All they do is short two pins on the motherboard together.
Unless you have a really ancient computer where 120V ac goes to the switch.

This is dependant upon your motherboard, where the wires plug in to. Search your motherboard manufacturer's website for a user guide for your motherboard to find which pins your wires will connect to.
