If your room is really dirty then I think you should pick up your room. However, if you feel like getting more fit then I recommend you work out. Just pick which one you think you would have more fun doing. I hope this helped.

How heavy is your room? If you pick it up enough, you'll get a really great workout. I'd suggest doing three sets of ten, then jog around the room for about thirty minutes.

It would be extremely difficult to pick up an entire room since it has floors, ceiling and walls attached, so just workout.
