Majority of the people have black/brown eyes.
However, I have some Indian friends with green eyes and a Japanese relative with gray eyes. I also have a sister with hazel eyes, and she's 100% Asian. No, they are not wearing colored contacts. I never heard about blue eyes in Asian/African, but I suppose it's possible.
Again, it's possible for people to have blue, green, gray, eyes, but it's rare, and majority have black/brown eyes (and by brown, it can range from dark chestnut brown to hazel). If it was non-stereotypical eye color of Asian/African, there might have been a mutation in the genes.

Wouldn't their eye color be the same as people of European descent? Aren't Europeans a mixture of many different people from around the world? The sterotypical African person has very dark skin, black hair and brown eyes. The sterotypical Asian has light skin, black hair and brown eyes. But anyone born in Africa is techically an African. My cousin was born in Germany and considers himself a German. He has dark hair, olive skin and dark brown eyes. Germans sterotypically are considered fair skinned, blonde and blue eyed.

While I don't see the purpose of this question, I will answer it to the best of my knowledge. People of African descent have eye colors that cover the eye color chart. They range from the lightest gry to the darkest brown and all the colors in between. I am sure that it would be the same for Asians.

It is true that African and Asian populations have a higher frequency of the allele for Brown eyes. They are very dark brown, you are correct. The iris is not the same color in all people. All you have to do is look around and you will find people with blue and green iris very quickly. It is always possible that someone of African or Asian descent will have blue or even green eyes, it is just far more unlikely because of the frequency of the alleles in the gene pool. (See stephanie's answer, new alleles are introduced into the gene pool from a lot of different sources)

i think all asians that are of pure unadulterated asian blood have dark eyes. africans too. but since african slaves mixed with slavemasters, some of them have green, blue, hazel, or mixed eyes. but those aren't completely 100% black from africa. Those of pure descent can only have brown eyes unless they are albinos. I knew a Japanese albino and she had white platinum hair, red skin, and blue eyes. that is the only full asian i've seen without brown eyes.

I think both have brown eyes but there are so many mixed races, now, they could probably have just about any color.

Europeans also have black eyes. All colors are found on all continents anyway. Especially in countries that run along the continent's coast.
