Nothing. I have been both. Less pressure by far being a follower.

I see some people are giving you a hard time about being a follower. Everyone on Earth has a place and a job to which they are assigned. Some are leaders and some are followers. That's just the natural order of things. Someone has to follow.

Absolutely nothing. It's all perception. To be a good leader, I believe that we first have to know how to follow... what works, what doesn't, what kind of leader we prefer.
The best leaders (and followers) are the people able to judge what is needed and what is appropriate in any given situation.

Absolutely nothing. If everyone were leaders and there were no followers, there would be a lot more wars except no one would get anywhere because there would be no armies. I guess there would be a lot more personal feuds.

nothing....every being has a role in society if they so choose...some people have a bent for leadership....some function better as followers...usually society chooses the leaders....the followers are the ones who select a leader... in a way that is a more important role... dont you think?

well being a follower mean u feel that u r not good enough to make others follow u
while being a leafer means u trust urself and be sure enough that all will follow u
