I was playing a game in PS3 the other day and the game froze up on me. Then another time the music in the game keeping looping over and over again untill i paused it and started again. Should i be concerned about this? Also what do i do about it if the PS3 is bad? I mean its BRAND NEW got it for christmas and it already froze. What do I do? Call Sony or what? Im scared its only going to get worse...Please help thanks.

If it keeps happening, call the sony support line. The number should be in your instructions somewhere. All products, even Sony's, have problems when they are first released. They will get the bugs worked out. If Sony is as good to you as they have been to me in the past, the will fix it for free. All you will have to pay for is the shipping there. Make sure you call them and follow there instructions. Also, be sure to answer there questions accurately, they can't fix the bugs if you don't report them.

yea you probably should call sony or the store you bought it from because there were some problems with the ps3 when it came out
Oh yea and ps3 is the best!

it happens to ps3 and what you should do is let the sony company fix the problem then buy it.

mine froze once. but dont let these xbox360 kids get in your head just be glad our system didnt blow up like theres did on launch day :)
