I have a friend that is, and has been blind his entire life (so far).
I actually asked him that question once. He said he hears sounds in his dreams, he dreams of smells and of warmth and cold, and of touching and being touched. I was deeply moved by this and will always be grateful for my sight. Thank you for such an insightful question.

a person dreams what they've seen sometime in their life.. so probably nothing. i'm not blind, but i sometimes dream nothing. unless i forgot when i woke up
