Impossible to do it yourself without a turntable. You could take them to a transferring service.

The only way to get sound off a record without a turntable and needle is to use a $15000 laser system.

Get a working record player from a thrift store or someplace, preferably one with (red and white) RCA jacks, then go to Radio Shack or a very good electronics store and get an adapter wire that will plug into the RCA jacks on one end, and to a stereo headphone plug on the other. Plug the headphone end into the Line In of your computer's sound card, and you should be good to go.

Or, if you really absolutely must do without a turntable, you could always use the old pencil-and-paper-cone method, and hold your computer's microphone very close to the paper cone.
