it depends with the country you leave coz like in belgium you may the telenet company or any other internet company proceeding you have every computer accessory needed and of the money then they will do the rest for you...bye.

By using a computer or phone..haha..I'm using a wireless adaptor from Netgear and I am getting a signal from a nearby hotel...But seems like your on...
