For Brazilian, the English Premiership is not too interesting 'cause their football is too different.
We don't know many English clubs, only Manchester Un., Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool...
English football it more defencive than Brazilian, we prefer offencive football.
Now we can watch live games on TV, so this can change our point of view about English football.
Anyway, every football player in Brazil dream to play in Spain or Italy just because the money and offencive football style, I guess.

It's very difficult to get a U.K work permit as a footballer if you are from outside the E.U., you have to have represented your nation at some level quite a lot of times, or be judged by a panel of experts to be worthy of playing in premiership, Then you need to play a certain amount of games per season. Spain and Italy don't have as harsh restrictions

There is a team in Poland called Pogon Szczechin who were doing quite well in the league. in their mid season break the chairman went to brazil and signed 20 brazilian players from their 2nd league along with a brazilian coach declaring that pogon would be the brazil of the polish league. 6 months later all but 3 or 4 have returned to brazil and pogon are facing relegation so just being brazilian does'nt count for anything.

They mostly go to the Spanish league because of the better climate and there has been an influx of Brazilians in the Ukrainian and Russian leagues though they have second thoughts of coming to England because of the climate .the only Brazilians that will come to play in the premiership will have previous experience playing in European football.

There is only one team worth playing for in England: MAN UTD. Rite now, there is not enough place for the Brazilians but next big thing is KERLON and Ronaldo's step brother and cousin of Rivaldo RONILDO is on the list. Don;t forget Romario son as well

The Premiership only gets the youngsters or the hasbeens.
Spain and Italy are the main choices for them. They probably can't take the hardness of the English league.
