The Dell comes with a Monitor

The Bell comes with a TV-Tuner

I like Dells better (when I have to work on them)

I would look to price (and add the cost of a monitor to the Bell)

Otherwise they are very similar systems

Why don't you just make your own Computer lol???

That's what I do... that way my Mother doesn't have to keep buying New PC's when they need upgrades etc... hehe...

But I wouldn't trust Dell as far as I could thrown them lol as when they break you can only buy parts for the PC from Dell as there parts are mostly all custom made so you'd have to buy from them... that's how they make there money and how they can sell there actual PC's so cheaply!!!

But it's up to at the end of the day lol!!! hehe...

Good Luck with it!!!

i prefer dell, but at the end of the day it really depends on what you need it for... you mentioned that you need to store a lot of music and videos.. i have a hp PC which is specifically designed for a lot of multi media storage.. maybe you should look at there website? also it depends also on how much you're willing ti spend...
