i dont have a resoution cause it always seem i break.. haha.. anygood resolutions for me.. if not okay!

YES -- I am going to DE-STRESS .. because this year I've started the year out being an Empty-Nesting Single Retiree ... and no longer do I have overwhelming responsibility for my two children (they are independent now). So it is time to take care of the one person FORGOTTEN over all these many years ... ME ... and the first thing I am doing is working hard on what they left behind ... donations, trash, renovating my home (myself) and re-purposing rooms (by myself) ... and the work is progressing.
My New Year's Resolution is to allow myself to have some RELAXATION and time for FUN ... and to rediscover old hobbies anew (Which I am -- I am taking a Digital Photography Class at my local College).

i think im going to eat more natural foods because they make me feel better, and get more sleep.
