Yes, he is guilty. Those that want to discount the deaths of our soldiers as nothing should consider that there were no WMD's in Iraq and probably the 2nd World War could have been avoided also if it had not been for the egoes of the power that be.

Bush is guilty of not exicuting the war properly. We should be using a slash and burn policy that has been use in every other war. Politically correct is political suicide. We need to cordden off the Sunni Triangle and bomb them into the stone age. Then we could bring our boys home, and leave them to slash each other throats for the next 1000 years if the want. We may as well take out the Hitler of Iran as long as we have a aircraft carrier called Iraq. Then wipe out the Hitler of north korea and his launching tower. The people would dance in the streets and the civilized world could have some relief. What a glorious day for American that would be. I would run down the street with my American flag. Till this country grows some balls, however, my American flag will contuinued to be display upside down.

''a crime is a crime , is not politics'', used to say one of my favourite writers. But we , the planet are a history of wars and war means taking lives. The problem is that taking other's teritory, must stop, and the war shall stop, and taking lives shall stop.I think that a war can be run only with the vote of everyone.or at least a majority. The only justified war was between north and south America , ended with the abolishing of slavery. And others like that.Actually because a historical menthal model we should stop accusing of war crime but we also should stop wars. Let's forgive but not only Bush , let 's forgive the others , even Napoleon and Bin Laden. The fact that we are Christian it doesn't mean that we are right to make a war andtake lives. On the contrary , we , the Christians are the ones from whom God expects a true reason and forgiveness and not war.Actually I think that if Bush is accused of war crime , everyone of this world who agreed with that war , can be accused of agreeing with taking lives.A president is nothing else then the delegation of a country Soactually the people are the savages!.The president is only someone who once that he became a president forgets about God and tries to do people's will.Seghebonus!Thank you.

Do you think YOU could have planned better? Remember, we did not start this thing. SoDamn Insane did with his sponsorship of terrorists and his totally unprovoked invasion and savaging of Kuwait. After the corrupt joke of the UN failed miserably in stopping his further atrocities, it was time to do something. We have friends from Iraq who remember walking past mounds of freshly bulldozed dirt with the muffled screams of those buried alive coming from them. The armed guards standing around prevented them from doing anything about it. Many of those mass graves which have been found were produced by burying people alive.
It is amazing how you anti-Bush lunatics can be so concerned for the "rights" of murderous dictators and not give a damn about those poor people screaming from under the ground.
The simple fact is that people die in wars. I was in the army myself. I volunteered, and if we got into a war, I would have had to go into combat. It is just part of the picture when you join a military force.

I am very sure he is guilty but I do not know how he could be executed ! He is an arrogant person mislead the people as Iraq possess weapons of mass destruction and a threat to the world peace and security. Virtually these are misleading and makes the world a dangerous place, also the petrol price are much higher than Iraqi period. He is very under-qualified person to deal with these and very much wild and uncivil and almost ignorant of world political situation. So he and his father and other criminals to be executed soon for the world peace as it is apparent from the environment of news media, another sept. 11 or more disastrous situation is eminent. Thank you for asking the question.

No, and any wacko thoughts of having him impeached or having him held accountable for war crimes is utter and complete nonsense. Regardless of your political alignment, George W Bush is THE President of the US. Period. He has performed honorably in his position and has fulfilled his duties as our President.

I will not spend time pointing fingers about Iraq, I do believe there were mistakes there, and there usually are when politics gets in the way of soldiers waging effective war (and there are plenty of historical resources on that issue believe me), but if we think for one moment we should put THIS President on trial, then we'll need to hold trials for all former Presidents for the same reasons.

No he is not guilty of any war crimes in Iraq. What Saddam created in over three decades can't be dismantled in a year's period. There are a lot of people inside Iraq and outside who lost gold mines with the fall of Saddam's regime they are all interested in working against bringing out normalcy in Iraq and it may take longer than we hope.

Yes he is.
Some one attacked Saddam Hussein he killed some people and he was hanged.

Bush got like 100000 people killed for his and Haliburton's profits. So going by same equation he is.
