Unless you are a fairly talented contortionist, I doubt you LOOK at your butt hole when you are done wiping. So, a blind person probably does it the same way everyone else does.
But people who can see look at the toilet paper not Anus. What does your b-hole have to do with anything. Thus going back to my statement who do they know if the toilet paper is clean (thus telling them to stop wiping) since they can look at it. And yes i am pretty bored right now

Assuming your question is a serious one...the answer is that a person who is blind wipes with both toilet paper and moist wipes. First, he/she wipes with the toilet paper. Then, he/she uses a moist wipe to get him/herself clean. After that, it is another quick wipe with the toilet paper to dry his/her bottom. This is a very clean and efficient way to wipe oneself after using the bathroom. Therefore, it is not necessary to look at the toilet paper to make sure you are fully clean.

I would think that most normal people would just look at the TP to see if it is clean.
Blind people would be able to do that.
No need to look at your rear to see.

like touch and smell
and after using the regular TP they use baby wipes
