The less I worry, the better my life is.
that is why i do things to shut off my mind from the anxiety rooted thoughts. Then I am happy.

i find that if i think a very little my life seems good but if i thin a lot my life seems really sucky but if i sit down for an entire day and just think my life is great

Actually, its the other way round. Its more like, the more u think, the better your life cos the more u think about what u'd like to do with ur self & r motivated, the more u r bound to think up ways of improving your life.

You definitely want to be a thinker and question things, but some people,myself included have the tendency to over think and not have any fun. Like anything else, it's a balance. I used to wonder if crazy people knew they were crazy, and how great it would be for them if they didn't.

Depends. Do you over-analize everything when you think of things?

I can think about stuff during the day and be fine... It's when they sit there and nit pick on one thing... and go crazy because of it.

I'd be happy to use my brain anytime, anyday!
