Right click on the IE icon> Go to properties (on the drop down menu) and simply 'delete cookies' underneath the Temporary internet files.

Or ....

You can open a IE windows ... Go to Tools>Internet Options>Delete cookies.

You should be able to simply go up to the top of your browser and click tools, then internet options, then click delete cookies.

You can also click on start, my computer, c:, windows, and delete everything in the cookies folder.

Go into internet options and the first page that comes up has a button that allows you to delete temporary internet files and cookies.

On the top of your screen, click 'Tools' and go down to Internet options. It will take you to a screen and you press 'Delete Cookies'
