Well you will find with a little practice that you can touch the white part of your eye with no problem. touch the white of your eye with one finger just at the lower left of the colored part and the thumb at the lower right. Bring your fingers together and downwards at the same time. This will pinch the lens and allow you to lift it from your eyeball. A little practice and it is quick and easy. A lot easier than putting them in!

find the edge of your contact lenses (which if you look carefully and into a mirror, you should see it). Put your thumb on on end (horizontally - which side depends on what eye it is) and your index finger (the one next to your thumb) opposite your thumb (on the same eye). Bring your fingers toward each other and your lens will come out.
