Unfortunately, this info is not readily available on-line on their website WalMart.com.
If you did email customer service to inquire, you can only contact them regarding products purchased on-line.
I did do a search for your on the Better Business Bureau website and many results returned with toll-free numbers to all of its US locations. You can contact their corporate headquarters number in California to inquire how to obtain the email address.

A good place to get names and addresses of corporate officers is www.hoovers.com. There is a lot of free information there and you can look up almost any major corporation.
