as far as I understand your question.. lots of cities!! I lived in Spain and almost every city I went to the romans formed a very important part of the history, and you can see the remaining architecture.
I should reccomend you to search more information on Mérida, Spain, its highly famous for some roman teather there..(and so more, but to be honest dont quitte remember).

Constantine the Great wanted to expand Rome, and move the capital further east, so he founded Constantinople. There was a problem, though--it was a backwater place at the time, and he had trouble at first getting Romans to move there.

Rome, of course
Paris, Marseille, London, Istanbul (first called Byzantium, then Constantinople), Almost every city in Italy, quite a few in north Africa.
