I think women are very beautiful without the makeup. Why do they always wear makeup anyway?

Unfortunately society has dictated what beauty is. It doesn't matter that we all know its unnatural and unrealistic, we still strive for it. You ask why women wear makeup....Its easier to create false perfection then it is to allow people to see natural imperfection. How sad huh...men can be naturally imperfect and no one cares, but for a women its utter madness!!

my husband says the same thing. but i have to say. i enjoy it. i think its fun and an easy way to try new looks.
makeup has been around a long time. the egyptians used it symbolically. they used charcoal to line their eyes...
if you really don't like it there are plenty of women out there who opt to go natural...
as for me.
its a guilty pleasure i enjoy. and at the end of the day you can simply wash it away.

I believe there are several reasons. The main one being vanity. Another one is the portrayal of beauty as being "made up" to look like the "cover girl".

mmm, as long as the makeup is not overdone, I think it's fine. personally, I like the natural look... but anyways, sometimes I think it's just about feeling good about yourself.... maybe.

it depends on the person, not all men think that women look good without makeup so some do wear it to please them others wear it just to enhance certain features they like

thay do becuz thay dont think thay r pretty so thay wear make up. also cuz it brings out her eyes.
