He should have hanged after he was tried for ALL his crimes, not just one, which would of course, expose all the American involvement...so they did it quickly.

Justice because the US did NOT participate in the trials or execution. There was not even an American in the court room during the trials. It was all done by Iraqis and under Iraqi law.

a combonation of both, he had it coming for the executions he ordered and the slaughter he comitted, however if not for politics and pressure from the us, a trail and judgement would not have resulted in his hanging
