Depending on the cell phone, you may be able to find another adapter that is not made for the phone but will still work on it. You should not use other adapters however because it may cause damage to your phone. Although chargers can be expensive, it may be your best option here.

I found charging with charger better than car, usb computer charger.
Get a new one will be better off

You should call the costume care dept of your cell Co. and ask them where can you buy a new charger or take it where you bought it.

use someone elses charger to help you charge it sorry but i do not know another way to do this i wish i could help and what i said could help you charge it bye
