Okay.

First, plug your ipod into the computer via the USB cable. Then, go to "My Ipod" in the left panel.

Then, click "Sync Music" to sync put the music on your ipod.

If a message comes up saying "Your computer needs to be authorized", click on the "Advanced" toolbar at the top of the page, then click "Authorize" at the bottom of the dropdown menu.

you have to download itunes on to your computer first.

the software is very easy and simple to use. once you've installed it. just click on file, then 'add file to library' to add a song already on your computer to itunes or a'dd folder to library' to add a whole folder of songs to itunes. once you've converted your music to itunes, you can add it to your ipod. just plug your ipod in and select which songs you want to add to it.

you dont. you have to transfer them into itunes then pass them over to your ipod
