american dimes are never pure silver,
at best 90% silver 10% copper. value varies on age, mint, and condition. please specify

Silver dimes (pure) can be used as cash, and therefore are worth their face value - 10 cents.

However, if you are asking as an investor, you will have to ask a coin collector. Usually it is determined by the 'weight' and therefore will not be worth much more. The age and condition of the coin comes into play as well.
