this ones for the ladies...?

PLEASE help me! I have cramps to the ETREME. I've tried all the meds (I can't take anymore for a while, ugh) I have no idea what to do and I have a date tomorrow! At this rate, I don't know how I'll make it through...please help me!!!

Have you tried putting a warm/hot towel on your lower stomach where the cramps are? I also take either midol or advil. My mother said drink coffee helped her. I hope you feel better.

well i get bad cramps and the only meds that i take is Motrin it really helps me .try it . good luck.
