When your preggers and your stomach is slighty pulesing (like you can't tell unless you really look at it without a shirt) is that the baby's heartbeat? A family member is expecting.

She's not very far along, about two months or so.

At 2 months, the baby' heart beats around 140ppm.. that is a little more that 2 beats per second!!!!
Also the baby is around 7 grams (as much as 7 paper clips)... so imagine the size of his/her heart, and how strong it could beat... the doctor has to use a special devise to hear it, because it can't be heard with a regular stethoscope.
So I don't think it is so.

No, unfortunately. You won't be able to hear the heartbeat until she is in her third trimester. Then try putting your ear to her stomach where the baby's back should be. You'll hear it then.

Nope, that is the mother's heart beating. The pregnant woman's heart works MUCH harder to get blood around her body and oxygen in her blood to baby, which is why you can see it pulsating.

No. It is not the baby's heart beat

I guess that it would depend on how far along she is...but more than likely it is the baby having hiccups!!

No. IT's probably her aorta.
Lie on your back and put your hand just below your ribcage and you can feel your aorta beat too
