Due to this I am unable to grow in Operations area which require you to work on what you know well and do it over and over again. Also, since I am always learning something new, I am never able to show myself as 'an expert' at that, as I am forever on learning curve. While I have become multi skilled, I am not able to grow vertically in the organisation. I like a lot of analysis and get thrilled at gaining new insights. I hate routine jobs. Why am I like this?

Could be anything, who knows why you're like that. And honestly, who cares. Use it to your advantage. What about doing some consulting? Always something new, learning new things, lots of analysis.....

You may have to just keep searching for something that will truly make you happy, because until you really find it, you may never be happy.
