It has been pretty boring lately. I think it was a good move to get rid of Pauline Fowler as she was a very boring and annoying character, made me want to switch channels. They just need to get rid of Peggy Mitchell now and perhaps allow at least one couple have a successful marriage and it will be worth watching again.

Where's the spine with Enders,
Cos it used to have it,
The whole point with the East End is that it's tough,
I think that once Martine Mcutcheon and Bianca Jackson went then that was it.
There is no 'bite' to it.

Oh it's just dreadful these days. You need anti-depression tablets just to watch it. Put it on series link on sky and you might as-well hang some rope around the chandelier. At least if you've just had a deliberate abortion you can assocciate to it.

It has changed over the years, but there are always hilarious bits of dialogue, even if some of the characters appear a tad maudlin.

I dont think its ever been any good- it is a really depressing show- that makes you want to slit your wrists and your throat!

i really like the woman who was in bad girls who has just turned up as carly and deano's mum she is a well decent actress so it might pick up a bit
