It's the Holy Grail of newspapers, and for that reason, it's probably a fake. This edition carried the full text of Washington's farewell to the troops. An original would be worth a small fortune. Reproductions are common, and worthless. I would bring to someplace very reputable, like Southeby's or perhaps the NY Historical Society, to authenticate.
